Sid Davidoff is the founding member of Citiplan Property whose career spans more than forty years in South Africa and Australia. He has been actively involved in the Melbourne property industry since 1987.
Sid's extensive property experience includes the development of luxury town-houses and apartments in Melbourne's prestige suburbs, multi-unit student accommodation and inner-city multi-unit apartments. Over the course of his career, Sid has overseen the delivery of a number of successful developments.
He has a keen eye for detail and is committed to delivering high-quality buildings that adhere to agreed time-lines and meet purchasers' expectations. He has nurtured long-lasting and mutually beneficial collaborations with architects, design consultants and builders, all of whom share his passion and vision.
Saul joined Citiplan Property in 2004. After ten years at a senior management level, he now runs the day-to-day operations of the business.
Prior to joining Citiplan Property, Saul worked as a commercial and property lawyer, exposing him to complex property transactions at the highest level. He brings this experience to his role in Citiplan Property.

Ian Davidoff joined Citiplan as a director in 2015.
Prior to joining Citiplan Ian worked as an economist. He worked in the Offices of the Prime Minister and Treasuer, the Federal Treasury as well as with the infrastructure Division of the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet. For two years to 2014, Ian served as the Alternate Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund, representing Australia on the Board. Ian's experience and expertise in economic, financial and policy areas informs his strategic and analytical approach to the property market.
Ian is the CEO and a Director of Journal Student Living, a fully integrated student accommodation provider and he also serves as a non-executive director of Wintringham and Wintringham Housing, which provide specialist-aged care services to the elderly who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.
Citiplan Property actively seeks joint venture partnerships with land owners and investors who wish to leverage off Citiplan Property's expertise and proven track record.
