Over three decades Citiplan has evolved into a fully-integrated property platform.

About us

Over its history, Citiplan has evolved to become a fully integrated property platform, with capabilities across development, asset and operational management.

Citiplan was founded in 1993 by Sid Davidoff (now Non-executive Director), with a vision of delivering high-end boutique residential developments in and around Melbourne, Australia.

Realising this vision, Citiplan has continuously developed a number of mid-scale apartment, mixed-use and townhouse developments.

More recently, Citiplan has originated and delivered a number of build-to-rent assets together with institutional partners. Citiplan continues to manage these assets by building highly capable management teams with diverse skills and experience through the full property life cycle.

Directors

Citiplan is now managed by the next generation of the Davidoff family.

The senior team includes experienced development managers, leading financial accountants and experts from the hotel sector.
