Citiplan Property was one of the pioneers of student accommodation development in the suburbs, completing a number of projects in the early to mid 2000's under the Campuswalk brand. Campuswalk and Campuswalk2 were completed in close proximity to Monash University, Caulfield Campus and Campuswalk3 was completed to service students attending Deakin University, Burwood Campus.

Following on from its success under the Campuswalk brand, in 2005 Citiplan redeveloped the former nurses’ quarters of the Royal Women’s Hospital into a 313 bed student accommodation facility known as Unilodge@Melbourne.

Understanding the importance of location and public transport to students, Unilodge@Melbourne is located directly opposite the University of Melbourne with a major tram terminal on its doorstep.
